  À convenient hotel of the motorway. Traditional premier inn hotel which needs a refurbishment soon. As you enter the outside of the hotel is in a bad condition but as you enter inside the rooms look very modern with keyless access tv & toiletries provided There tea & coffee available as usual The only downside is there is no aircon a fan is provided Please note there is no restaurant attached this hotel like orther premier inns The beefeater attached to the hotel is closed down permanently There is free tea coffee & croissant provided at the reception area free of charge. Parking is free but the VRN will have to entered to the anpr system at the reception

  Great location as close to Eurocentral and the M8, but otherwise it’s not a good Premier Inn. Restaurant on site is closed and limited options nearby, plus this means heading out in the car again which I never wanted to after a long day. This also made the whole site feel even more run down than they are already because of the poor visual welcome. I’ve no idea what the breakfast set up is as I never seen the lady at reception after I checked in so wasn’t able to ask, but there’s lots of home made signage around some kind of breakfast station in the reception area. Breakfast is usually something to look forward to at Premier Inn, not this one. The hallway to my room on ground floor smelt badly damp. The rooms, and particularly the bathrooms, are over due a refurb. With mild on the silicone round the bath at the bottom and the top of the single sheet of wet wall that covers the long side of the bath with the rest of the bathroom in white and pattern tiles. The shower was terrible, with the pressure being so poor it was not a lot more than a dribble out. Again, usually the shower pressure and temperature is a given for Premier Inn. Finally the door closer outside room 15 needs adjustment as it was slamming shut when people passed through. Was a bit of an issue until after midnight when people settled down. Thank goodness for the comfortable bed, which is the only reason for the 2nd star rating in the room.
